Bookings for Coffee Yard Apartment in York are available throughout the year for a minimum of 2 nights stay. Some Bank Holiday Weekends or busy periods in high season may be subject to a minimum of a 3 night stay.

Apologies but we have a very strict no severe drinking, hen do, stag do or wild group party policy and only allow a maximum of 4 people to stay in the apartment at all times.

Unfortunately we also have a no pets allowed rule.

A baby cot is possible but we will need notice in advance for this so this can be arranged in time for your stay. Please do note that all furniture is freestanding and not secured to the walls (as it is a listed building) and there are no stair gates at the apartment.

If you would like to book our apartment for a photoshoot this is also possible, please contact us accordingly.  We have had lots of brides get ready at our apartment as the old features in the building make for some beautiful backdrops. Equally, if you'd like to book our apartment for a special occasion or your honeymoon, please do notify us.

Robes and slippers are provided for all 4 guests staying at the apartment.

Prices per night range from £300 upwards depending on the time of the year. Prices are fixed and non negotiable.
